Default Marinade too long?

I forgot about a steak I had marinading in my fridge for about 6 days.
I had it sealed in a ziploc bag, is this too long to let it sit in the
fridge without being cooked?

I'd wash off the marinade and have a look. Marinades will cook the steak
to the point of no return. If it falls apart, toss it. If it's green,
toss it. Otherwise it'll probably be the best tasting steak you ever
had.

Imho,
