Default Breakfast Meatzza Idea for Katra

How about this?

Instead of making a pizza with an Italian sausage crust ..

Line a pie pan with loose breakfast sausage. Bake until cooked through,
then drain. Combine beaten eggs plus any omelette-type ingredients you
like. Pour that over the sausage. Cover all with shredded cheddar, and
bake until set.

When I was on Atkins, all of my lipids went in the correct directions, and
all were well within normal limits. Before and after Atkins, not so good.
