Someone told me about this today and it sounds delish!

I found recipes for letcho/lecho when I searched. I was
told to use several colors/types of "Italian", not bell,
peppers - (she said they are "long"). I'd never heard of it
before, but I found this: "Italian Roaster is a large, dark
green, horn-shaped pepper with mild flavor. It grows 8 to 9
inches long."

I'm not aware of where to buy Italian peppers in my area.
Can I substitute Anaheim for Italian?

There is a photo of "Italian Roaster" peppers he

Italian frying peppers are cubanelle. They are light green. There is
a photo he

and it says Anaheims are similar.
