Default Dinner - Sloppy Joes

Actually, Jilly-Joes. I'm feeling lazy. Ground beef, browned with onion
and garlic, then drained of fat. A can of tomato soup and a little bit of
water (not a can full). And yes, I added a *packet* of chili seasoning mix.
This will be served on toasted hamburger buns with some rippled potato
chips. It's like having a picnic in my living room. Too damn hot to eat
outside (still 89F and humid).

I may pick up some corn tortillas tomorrow to turn leftover beef into sort
of enchiladas with some shredded pepper jack or asiago cheese and canned
green chillies. More sauce on the top, this time it would be from a can.
LOL

Jill
