Default Meet for Peruvian food in White Plains?

Hi everyone,
I'm off to Vermont again next week. Going to meet my
sister at the Hartford airport and then we're driving up
to Stowe for a week. Plan to stop in Hadley, Mass. on
the way to visit Trader Joe's and stock up on some food
for our stay. My sister traded her timeshare for one at
Stowe.

So, I'm driving up from Pittsburgh on Friday, September
30th. I'm planning to arrive in White Plains at dinner
time to eat Peruvian food at the Oasis Diner. (Some of
you may remember that last summer I met with a few rfcers
at El Chalan in Port Chester for a Peruvian Sunday brunch.
The Oasis diner is owned by the same people.)

I've been to this diner before, back in 2002 on my way to
one of the cook-ins (was it CT or VT?). The food was
pretty good.

So if anyone out there would like to join me let me know.
Sheryl? Margaret? Anyone else nearby? Steve Calvin?
Stan - want to drive up from Philly area? Gloria?
Nancy? (Yeah, I know you won't come.)

Thanks for the invite, Kate, but we'll be heading to south Jersey and
a little gambling that weekend.

I hope to catch you on another trip!

It would have been nice to see you. Yes, another time, maybe.
