Default Julia Child's croissant recipe

I'd like to make croissants and am looking for the classic Julia Child
recipe found in "Mastering the Art of French Cooking Vol. II" and
"From Julia Child's Kitchen", but my local library doens't have it and
I can't find the recipe online. Could anyone point me in the
direction of where to find it?

Thanks!

Once during Prohibition I was forced to live for days on nothing but food
and water.

If you can, tape the Baking with Julia croissants episode. Even if you
have the book the recipe requires a lot of technique that you may
not pick up from a written narrative alone.

Experience with both bread and puff pastry will come in handy when
making croissants.
