Pacific Seafood Recipes
 

I am going to British Columbia (where I am from) in 3 weeks or so and would
love for some people to give me (as many as possible, *please*) pacific
seafood (salmon, crab, shrimp) recipes. Maybe some idea's to garnish, and
different techniques I could try (smoking, steam, coals, ext.). This would
be a great help, thanks!!
