![]() Hi, Recently i decided at start using my ice-cream maker for the first time. Since i have no experience in ice-cream making, i decided to use the recipe provided by the ice-cream maker. However, i do not understand the ingredient stated. It says 1. "whole milk", what is whole milk, should i use fresh milk/ evaporated milk or what ... 2. "full cream", again i don't understand this. Is it referring to full cream evaporated milk, powder or full cream whipped cream milk. The instruction is that I should mix these 2 and heat it using medium heat. I hope someone can enlighten me. Thanks, Don |
