Hey, Gloria - it was great! Rob would have eaten more and I refused to
let him. I'll slice the rest thinly and do something with it - maybe on a salad, maybe cold out of hand. :-/ I don't know that all would like it - it was rather sweet due to a heavy hand with the brown sugar that my recipe has. (Do you remember what it's like when engineers forget to come home on time for dinner?) I get all the leftovers tonight since Neil is in MA to meet with potential customers. gloria p |
