Now if she'd tried these ones, she wouldn't have thrown them away CHICKEN WINGS (Australian Women's Weekly Chinese Cooking Class Cookbook) 1.5 kg (3lb) chicken wings 1/4 cup soy sauce 1 clove garlic 1 tsp grated green ginger salt, pepper 1 tsp sugar 2 tbsp dry sherry 1 tbsp honey Wash and dry wings, cut off wing tips and reserve for another dish or stock. In large bowl, combine marinade ingredients. Marinate chicken overnight, stir occasionally. To cook: Pour chicken wings and marinade into baking dish and bake in a moderate oven for 45 minutes Alternatively, remove from marinade and barbecue. |
