Thanks to everyone that posted help, I made 2 pumpkin pies, and they were a
great success! I took the second one to work, where nobody had tried pumpkin pie before. Everyone was asking for the recipe! One of the Doc's is even going to have a go at making it for a dinner party at the weekend. Thanks again Sarah (Who now knows she likes pumpkin pie!) |

Sarah, if pumpkins are hard to find, consider using a yellow winter squash.
