Default Re Pumpkin Pie (Update)

Thanks to everyone that posted help, I made 2 pumpkin pies, and they were a
great success! I took the second one to work, where nobody had tried pumpkin
pie before. Everyone was asking for the recipe! One of the Doc's is even
going to have a go at making it for a dinner party at the weekend.
Thanks again

Good for you! I'm glad that the pies went over so well. Won't be long
before we'll have you Brits celebrating Thanksgiving with us! <EG>

Being the 53rd state might be cool, especially if we got better weather,
cheaper petrol and bigger portions in restaurants! I don't know about the
spelling issue though!
Happy Thanksgiving, have a great weekend.

Sarah, if pumpkins are hard to find, consider using a yellow winter
squash. I was 30 when I found out that Mom's pumpkin pies were made
with squash. :-) I'm glad you like it.
