Default Dinner tonight!

I don't need to cook! Yey! We celebrate our anniversary on Tuesday but
went out for dinner today, instead.

My husband ordered his favorite - prime rib, medium. I had a scrumptious
entree - seafood fettuccini alfredo - fettuccini with a delicious sauce,
combined with shrimp, crab and scallops. Couldn't manage any dessert -
broke my own pledge and brought the rest home in a doggy bag to eat later
this evening. I am unashamed. Life is good.

Thanks, Wayne. Just don't ask me how many years - if I were the same age as
my years married I'd still be up there!!!

It all sounds wonderful! No wonder you wanted a doggy bag!

Great, Dora. What was your pledge -- not to get a doggy bag? No shame in
that!

Happy anniversary and many happy returns!

Thanks, Chris. Yes, that's always been my pledge. I just feel odd,
carrying away the leftovers. Dumb. On the other hand, when I think about
it, which is worse? Take home to finish, or have the restaurant throw it
away?

Anyway, I reheated last night and enjoyed
that great entree.

Many thanks to all the wellwishers - I'll enjoy the real day tomorrow (but
I'll be cooking!).

;-(
