Hello

Does anyone have a good recipe for deep dish pizza done in a cast-iron
skillet.

I'd also be interested to know if pre-heating the skillet before
cooking is feasible or even makes sense..

Just about any pizza recipe can be done in a cast iron skillet. It's
not necessary to pre-heat the skillet (and would be difficult to handle
while constructing the pizza) - I always use liberal amounts of olive
oil for a nice, toasty crust.
