Denmark and Sweden still use their own currencies (Krone and Krona
respectively), Norway is not a member of the EU and uses Norwegian
Krone, Swizterland (also not an EU member) uses Swiss Francs. I'd also
presume the newly-joined EU members like Latvia, Poland and Malta and
so on haven't been "harmonized" yet.
