A vegetarian friend of mind once made me some stuffed green peppers
with a "gravy" made of garbanzo bean flour - made just like a white
sauce with fat & flour and liquid. Don't know if the liquid was milk
or water but the dang stuff tasted EXACTLY like the old KFC fried
chicken white gravy with all the pepper in it. I always thought that
might be why they called them "chick peas".

Some free servers that allow posting - but it's quite a
search. If your local news server is caput, call customer
service and ask if they have any alterantives... usually you
have more than one choice for servers.
