I have already voiced my opinion in a private email to the Cabal
(TINC). It is a heartless decree, all the more so, as the weather is
not conducive to strutting around in the nude.

I would like to know whether Terry can advise us as to whether what
the Cabal (TINC) has decreed, is even legal. After all, if the power
behind that decree is a man who is also an 83 year old grandmother and
an 85 year old janitor, it sounds as if this is a case of Triple
Indemnity.

If Terry cannot get involved with this, I know that Carol will have a
wonderful spokes person in Nancy Young. Nancy, where are you? Come
to the aid of your good friend, Carol, who is without any doubt,

The offender in question has brought it all upon herself by discarding
her historic Dress and exposing herself to the innocent trollop
multitudes, thereby nearly causing a riot. Thus, the Cabal's (TINC)
decree is actually to be considered an exceptionally mild and forgiving
one, especially as it takes into account the offender's agreement to
retain her "Damsel" designation.

It is worth knowing that the offender maintains that she is not
completely naked but is wearing some unspecified, but likely revealing,
underwear, presumably to excite the masses still further. As long as
there is no independent confirmation of this fact, there is nothing to
be done. If such is forthcoming, and depending on the nature of the
unmentionables in question, there is a chance that the Cabal (TINC) will
decree that the offender be referred to as "Damsel-in-dese-Drawers".

The above paralegal opinion is hereby declared irrelevant, without merit
and thus null and void, for the offender in question is not some
ordinary "sister trollop", but the one and only Head Trollop, who,
moreover, explicitly and publicly acknowledged The Cabal's (TINC)
jurisdiction over her moniker.

The not-so-concealed sneaky attempts from some corners to denigrate the
person of Head Trollop have not escaped The Cabal's (TINC) notice.
Grave as her offences are, they do not warrant equating her with

First of all, I like being a paralegal, esp. with the boss I have who
respects my experience and values my advice. Also, I don't have to
deal with bullsh*t clients the way he does and the CLE requirements
are dead easy *and* a court calendar doesn't rule my life (call a temp
service and I'm outta there). As to the second part of your question,
I started law school twice. The ex, Mr. Corporate America, got
transferred during a) my first year in law school, and b) my second
year in law school. That's nearly three years down the tubes. The next
time we moved, I enrolled in our local law school's paralegal program
immediately, which took 2 years, and here you are. And the law degree
is a JD. They quit hading out LLBs somewhere during the administration
