Default Welcome back dinner

D spent a few days at a conference in Houston, returning tonight in
time for a late dinner.

I cooked for her.

We had mashed cauliflower with roasted garlic, chicken stock (much
reduced), olives and grated parmesan cheese.

We had broccoli slaw with a lemon, creole mustard, and olive oil
dressing. Capers, too.

We had skirt steak with a fresh basil, lemon juice and anchovy rub. I
grilled it rare and sliced it thin and dolloped a little basil pesto
on the slices.

There's a difference? ;-)
There are a dozen ways to do low carb...
Atkins no longer rules the roost!

Cheers!
