Had a GREAT steak at the local pub. It had been marinating in ale and
cooked to blackened perfection. I have to try that at home. I have boiled Ox Tails in Guinness... maybe I will do something similar but a parboil. -- Get Rid of the Cold & Flu before it gets you... http://tinyurl.com/cgtpv |

I meant to put it in an oven bag with some beer... although I might want to check my insurance policy first.
