I found this recipe in one of my old files -- it sounds good
to me, but it seems incomplete. Any thoughts? The notes in parenthesis are mine... Braunschwaiger Mushrooms 4 oz. cream cheese, softened 8 oz. (4 oz.?) braunschweiger Medium to large mushroom caps, cleaned and dried Mix cheese and meat well, pipe or spoon into mushrooms. (Bake under broiler?) -- Jani in WA (S'mee) ~ mom, Trollop, novice cook ~ |
