Default Help! (Braunschwaiger Mushroom Recipe)

I found this recipe in one of my old files -- it sounds good
to me, but it seems incomplete. Any thoughts? The notes in parenthesis
are mine...

Braunschwaiger Mushrooms

4 oz. cream cheese, softened
8 oz. (4 oz.?) braunschweiger
Medium to large mushroom caps, cleaned and dried

Mix cheese and meat well, pipe or spoon into mushrooms. (Bake under
broiler?)

I would at least add some onion, and perhaps top with some seasoned
breadcrumbs.

Yeah, great ideas, thank you. I'm wondering if the 8 ounces of is too
much; I like the stuff, but it's very rich...

Other recipes i've seen mix them 50/50. You might like that better.
