Default Creamy Greens Soup & Dinner with pics & url

I really enjoy watching Christine Cushing on the food network. Tonight
I made Creamy Greens Soup from her show Christine Cushing Live. DH & I
really enjoyed this end of the garden creamy soup. For me it almost the
end of the garden as I harvested the last of the swiss chard to make
this soup. Here's the pic followed by the url where you can get the
recipe. I added additional milk as I felt the soup was a little too thick.

Following the soup we had a nice piece of beef seared then cooked rare.
I deglazed the pan with dry sherry & reduced that to pour over the
beef and topped with sauteed mushrooms. The side dish was spaghetti
squash topped with roasted tomato sauce, sauteed onions & zucchini, and
finished with a light sprinkling of freshly grated parmesan cheese.
