Default Zesting/grrating grater

I have just invested in something called Cuisipro (sp?) made in the US
and the best thing since someone invented the machine that sliced
bread!

Because the grating mechanism bits are SO sharp, I made a plastic
jacket for it and hang it in the kitchen well away from prying little
fingers.

How many of you use this marvellous little tool? Such a lot of my
cooking has now become a whole lot easier!

Cheers

Daisy
