Feeling the muscles in my arm, shoulders and legs hard as a rock, and watching the developing vasularity in my forearms also feels good. Now if I can just finish peeling the fat off so the muscles show... <G> I'm hoping that if I lay the groundwork now, I'll be _healthy_ when I'm 80 and able to stay active.
