Default Free Crock Pot

I ordered some supplies from an office supply company and in the crate was a
free crock pot -- apparently a gift for being a good customer. Great, but I
already have a crockpot that I haven't used since the 1980's... so maybe
I'll make this a gift? But would someone actually want that as a christmas
present?

I wonder if maybe Salvation Army or Goodwill can make a use for it?

I'll take it, and pay postage.
I gave mine away and am regretting it. ;-)

Most definitely people still use these. I broke the ceramic part of
mine the other week. I just bought a new one to replace it. Slow
cooking is an art unto itself and is not suited for everyone.
