Does anyone know of any good magazines specializing in Spanish
cooking?

If your Spanish is good enough you might try various Spanish Newspapers.
ABC (http://www.abc.es/canalmujer/Cocina) has recipes. There is also a
section (http://cgi.abc.es/cgi-local/recetas/viewads.asp) that allows you
to specify types of recipes. I would guess that most other Spanish
Newspapers would have similar sections.
