Hi,
I have a jar of long pepper my friend brought me from Nepal, and am having trouble finding recipes that exploit/use it. We would be interested in any sort of recipe, as even though we are basically carnivores, we have vegetarian and Vegan friends, etc. Thanks! --Katrina |

I found green long peppers in Nepal a pair of times, and one time they were as hot as red-hot chili. If they're that hot, then think of them as of just another chili pepper. -- Vilco Think Pink , Drink Rose' |

When ready (they become soft) you dry on food paper, put some salt and eat with all seeds inside. cheers Pandora http://www.virtualpepper.org/photo/friggitelli.jpg > |

I have just seen recipes calling for this. I don't recall whether they were early American or older European. Take a look at old recipes. Hmmm. Here's a thought.
