How long will it keep in the fridge?
I'm not inclined to make any myself but may make a foray over to Cecil's
in St. Paul - I'll bet they have some.

I've kept it for at least a couple of months, maybe longer. It can also be
frozen for very long storage.

I don't have any sacrificial chicken skin and fat with which to make it.
Cecil's will be faster.
