Someone took 2 full size ritz crackers, put creamy peanut butter
between them and then dipped them in melted chocolate bark. People loved them. I had never heard of them but then I don't care for peanut butter. They said they were easy and very fun to make them with their kids. |

They taste a lot like those Tagalong (or is it Tagalog?) Girl Scout cookies. I made them, but I think my kids would have enjoyed helping. My son plans to make some for his teachers sometime after Christmas (he already had gifts for them by the time I made these). Definitely yummy! I used milk chocolate chips with a little shortening mixed in. All melted, of course. |

Tastes a lot like Butterfinger bars. Carol |

My kids and people who come to visit think I've just slaved to make these pretty and delicious treat. I use my teaspoon sized cookie scoop to measure the peanut butter out quickly. Lynne |
