Default Christmas dinners

All the food items for the weekend are snuggled safely away...I'm just
waiting to apply heat!!!

Christmas Eve. Eve. (tonight)

Pepper encrusted tenderloin, pan seared for about 30 seconds on each
side, then sliced thin and served over a bed of shredded raw mustard greens.
Saffron rice.
Sauted oyster mushrooms and onions.

Christmas Eve.

Grilled shrimp with white BBQ sauce.
King crab and lemon butter.
Romaine lettuce leaves with a black pepper, garlic, buttermilk dipping
sauce.
Bread.

Christmas day.

Pan seared tuna.
Wild rice and sweet pea salad.
Spaetzle with butter sauce.

Day after.

Korean BBQ
Kim Chee
Sticky rice

Karen and I wish all a Happy Holiday!!!

Sounds similar to what we'll be having tomorrow night: stuffed mushrooms,
shrimp cocktail, king crab, fresh-baked bread with oil for dipping,
Christmas cookies/treats, and lots of eggnog and wine.

Christmas dinner will be grilled filet mignons; portabellos stuffed with a
mixture of spinach, onion, bacon, cream, and parmesan, and topped with
provolone; duchess potatoes; and a mixed green salad. Franciscan Cab to
drink along with it. Peanut butter hot fudge crockpot cake with whipped
cream for dessert.

Dinner tonight will probably be takeout pizza...

Happy Holidays!

Mary--enjoying the 70 deg. weather

Sounding pretty smacky! We're going with a White Burgundy with the
crab, and I'll probably break out the oil and balsamic for the bread.
Got a few cc's of the 50 year old stuff left that I've been hoarding.

We're 60 degrees here (N. Florida) What part of the world are you in?
