I want to make marzipane, but Iit call for eggwhite and I do not want to use
raw eggs, I want to know if there's a substitute that I can use. Sergio |

They're still raw, but were heated to kill any possible organisms (usually salmonella in eggs). They come in a carton like whipping cream. kimberly |

I don't think that's in the original receipe. There is no singular original "receipe"... egg white is is a typical ingredient in marzipan. |
