I made from "Zuppa!" by M. and G.F. Romagnoli, "Zuppa di sedano-rapa"
I could've done anything with my celeriac except this soup which was about 1-1/2 lbs. celeriac, 1# potatoes and beef broth, salt and butter. Maybe it was the celeriac, which did smell good. But if the truth be told, it was probably not spicy enough for me, and the beef broth seemed just barely. DH said he would eat it. Bought some Camembert at Costco yesterday (2 packs of it) the rind was way overdue - couldn't eat it either. DH said he would eat it, too. Thanks for listening. Waiting for a snack with a DVD later this evening. Dee Dee |
