Sorry for my silence but when there are feasts,,,,we cook and eat and drink
etc.... ))
This evening (after about half an hour m because here is 19.24) we will eat
in the house of my cat's uncle! I have only prepared my truffle sauce for
pasta.
Tomorro I will cook all the meal (now I'm preparing something):
Antipasti:
Galantina di pollo con pistacchi al marsala.
Double coloured flan with Broccoletti an Carrots
Vol au vents filled with fonduta sauce and venison salami.
Aspic of russian salad.
First dish:
Stracci al ragù di cervo (rhombs of eggs pasta- that I will make - seasoned
with venison ragù);
Second dish: pork roast tenderloin dressed with bacon and seasoned with
pineapple and "renette" apples.
Side dish: Herbs roasted potatoes; salad of radicchio di treviso, fennel
and apples.
