And you also, Sheldon...and the rest of the regulars on rfc.

Harriet & critters (J J the world famous jack russell terrior, who is hiding
in his closet because he can hear the thunder in the mountains; PK the lady
manx who is in the kitchen on her blanket..waiting for dinner; my son
Joseph, (with his buddies) who are going out after work to watch the folks
trying to sleep on Colorado Blvd in Pasadena in the rain; and me...trying to
finish the bibliography for the thesis due at the end of the month).

Right back atcha, Sheldon. And Happy New Year to all the folks here,
regulars and lurkers and everyone. May the worst day of 2006 be better than
the best of 2005.

Me too - may the new year be the best yet.
I have to thank the people who sent me good wishes, cards and even presents.
My recent medical evaluation was good and I am cleared to undergo the next
round of chemo and radiation.
On or about the second week of February if all goes well I will be 'cut
free' of this torture and will be able to get my (much lighter) ass down to
my second country - Honduras to heal and recover under that wonderful
tropical sun while eating fresh tropical fruit, organic meats and my
favorite roadside treat, balliadas.
My new year's resolution is to live healthy until the next new year.

Love to you all.
Ken.

Thus is winter not spring.

At least here now among me own vernacular. In the northern hemisphere we
may here the precluded frou - frou.

Which IMO from 2 men shaking hands to a couple of rugby players throwing
their near naked bodies against each other don't make much difference to
me.

this year. <g>

Happy New Year, Ken! It sounds as though things are going well for you,
and I'm really happy to hear that. Please keep us posted on your progress.
I'm sure you will fulfill your New Year's resolution!

Your plans for Honduras sound wonderful. Have a great trip!

Ken,

So glad to hear that you're doing well! I've kept you in my prayers, and
couldn't be happier that you've come through this so well thus far.
