Default Citrus Chili Infused Vinegar

My wife was given a bottle of this for Christmas and we don't know what
to use it on. The only infused vinegar I've ever used was raspberry. (I
think EVERYbody has tried that.)
I would appreciate any suggestions.

Otherwise it's just a decoration.

Thanks,
Doug

Use it as part of a marinade for pork, chicken, beef, or seafood.

Use it as part of a stir-fry.

Lightly drizzle it on fish & chips.

It might also be good for making an offbeat sushi rice. Or a dressing for a
taco salad. Mayonnaise made from it would probably be awesome, too.
