FINALLY, a frozen vegetable mix that is Really Good
At Albertson's today, I bought a bag of C&W (California and Washington)
Vegetable Stand Combinations. I think there is more than one mix, but the one I got had petite peas, corn, tiny carrots and sugar snap peas. They were wonderfully fresh and flavorful--not the usual "left-over, still-hanging around" mixes of Vegetables that one often finds. I cooked them Very briefly (2 min.) in an inch of boiling water.
