I do. I use it all the time. It's one of the appliances that rarely leaves the counter because I love it. I have "The Ultimate Bread Machine Cookbook" by Tom LaCalamita and that's where I get most of my recipes from. It has everything from plain white to hand shaped loaves to recipes for danishes and coffee cakes. You can tell I use it too much because it's completely falling apart on me. -- ..:Heather:. www.velvet-c.com Step off, beyotches, I'm the roflpimp! |

I just told my partners I'm gonna buy a bread machine today (at the thrift store) and they laughed. I've turned down several of them in the name of keeping clutter down, but I finally caved to my desire for one. James says if this is how I deal with my mommylonging (our shorthand for this nesting impulse I get from time to time where I do a lot of baking and I have a deep desire to have a baby), then he's all for it. :-) serene |

The way bread disappears in this house, I'll stay with the larger recipe! Thanks so much for posting. Perhaps I ought to get a bread machine one day, and yet, I've always used my trusty KitchenAid-with-dough-hook with nary a problem. Besides, I'm nothing if not loyal . . .
