The ribs came out quite good. I've got three left for a late night
snack.

Oboy, this looks great... were it me there'd be no ribs left, not a
slurp... fruit always goes well with pork, and I love slaw. Great
combo! Yes, I'll have a head on my brewski.

Oh, Baby. Fly with me to Casablanca -- you cook the ribs and I'll make
the brownies. They look tasty..

The certainly were that. It was a last fatty splurge before D got
back into phase one of South Beach. So I'm guessing we won't be
having no brownies chez modom for a while.

Beautiful presentation! I'll bet all the food tasted wonderful, too.
What did you put on the ribs?

I've lost 6 pounds on South Beach since several false starts.

When I was on Atkins, I developed some chocolate cookie recipes made
with almond flour. The recipes weren't made with almond flour, the
cookies were. <G> If you're looking for a "normal" flavor, you
won't get it because of the Splenda. But if you're not eating sweets,
they're a nice treat. Let me know if you're interested.

Crash even loved these things, and he's a sugar junkie.
