We use ours every day to make toast, and fairly often to make baked
quesadillas. Also, James likes his hot dogs cooked in there (he eats
fat-free hot dogs when he needs protein), and I do make lots of stuff
that's too small to bother with the oven for. But my big oven still
gets a lot of use. Last night, I baked veggie burgers in a
mushroom-and-onion sauce. The night before, a potato casserole. Etc.
I should see if I can fit one of my loaf pans in the toaster oven. If
I can, maybe I'll start making casseroles in there.
