Default greens and vegetables to care about health and Weight

Thank you very much for comments.

Lettuce Salad with lemon slices.

Description: A very good appetizer, clean and improve our blood
and of course it is very valuable for our skin. It will brighten up
menu.
Leafy green vegetables are very healthy.

Ingredients:

2 oz parsley (leaves), finely chopped.
2 oz dill, finely chopped.
2 oz green onion, finely chopped.
2 oz chervil (leaves), finely chopped.
2 oz Celery, finely chopped.
2 oz fresh coriander (leaves), finely chopped.
6 oz washed lettuce leaves, finely chopped.
1,5 oz (30 g) sour cream.
salt, mayonnaise, Walnut - to taste.
lemon, 1 - 2 slices

All Ingredients could be taken in according your own taste!!!

Method:

1. Wash greenery leaves carefuly, drain and chop it.

2. Combine all ingredients and stir in sour cream and mayonnaise.
Decorate with lemon slices.

Lettuce reduces the weight. Use it if you need to lose weight.

Walnut
Walnut softens the organism and dissolves solid tissues.
It is very good in case of indigestion, strengthens the brains, heart
and liver.
Walnuts sharpen the senses, especially if they are taken with raisins
and figs.
They are very useful for elder people.


Lemon
Lemon is useful almost in all cases: headache caused by heat,
dizziness, hangover, sore throat, tachycardia, vomiting and nausea.
Lemon is harmful for the people with nervous disorder and the people,
suffering from catarrhal cough. Headache can be eliminated if you rub
your forehead and temples with lemon flesh.

Everything finely chopped does not sound very appealing. Why don't you
just throw it all in a blender and drink it?
