I buy the frozen kind from time to time and follow the directions for
microwaving on the pack. What I make is never as good as what's
available in a decent sushi place. But no such beast dwells in Cow
Hill.

I've enjoyed edamame in salads with ginger/sesame oil dressings as
well as salted, peeled and munched with a beer.
