Default PHOTO OF THE WEEK, Witch's Butter

I don't know where Witch's Butter comes from but I like to think of this
jelly fungus as Winter's Flower.

Jack!! I LOVE your website! Oh my stars... I just spent a couple of hours
oogling everything. I must say how talented I think you and your wife
are... and 'the boys' are beautiful. They're absolutely adorable.

My family and I live in central Florida now but were living in central
Illinois (affectionately <now> known as Armpit, IL). Peoria area.

I definitely intend on visiting your site again - you have so many
interesting things and the information you give is terrific. Thank you SO
much for sharing it!

Sigh - I see Jack is still calling his recipe for bread baked with spent
grain, "Beer Bread" - even though there's not a drop of beer in it...
