Default Question about salmon

2 weeks ago my mom gave me 2 pieces of salmon to take home. I ate one
right away, it was really good. Then I put the other one in the
refrigerator and forgot about it until I found it this morning. Does
anyone here know if its still okay to eat? I am really hungry, almost
out of food and don't want to walk to the store in the rain.

Absolutely NOT OK to eat at this point. But, for future reference, salmon
freezes quite well because it has a higher oil content than some other fish.
Next time, freeze the rest.
