Had one of my favorites - an avocado, cut in half and piled high with shrimp
salad. Yum - and nobody at the supermarket had squeezed the avocado, for
once. ;-)

Dinner tonight will be seared scallops, O'Brien potatoes and some frenched
green beans.

Sounded so good I "borrowed" your menu for dinner tonight. Seared
scallops drizzled with citrus beurre blanc, garlic mashed potatoes &
steamed green beans, So good. Now if I could just find a good
avocado...
