Italian hoagy bun
Chihuahua cheese Gedney Cherry Preserves (Barb Schaller's recipe) Thinly slice the hoagy as you would a loaf of bread. I used four slices. Make a grilled chesse sammich using the queso; top with about a teaspoon of cherry jam, schmeared across the top.
