I bought some RHH egg noodles. They are partially whole wheat and
have lots of fiber. They were delicious! Sue(tm) Lead me not into temptation... I can find it myself! |

I love whole wheat pasta and I make it all the time. I also like blending in various different things like buckwheat, etc. Blended pastas are wonderful. There's a lot of resistance to whole wheat pasta IME. People think it's "healthy" etc, and therefore it must not be good. They're missing out. -- Reg |

Try the Barilla "Pasta Plus". It's gotwhole-grain flours, including I
believe lentil flour or chickpeas flour and flaxseed flour, adds protien as well as fiber. Tastes basically the same as regular pasta - my family didn't know until I told them. It's in a gold box. |
