Default Science Fair Project: The effect of leavening ingredients on bread

Combining baking soda with baking acid( sudh as cream of tartar) will
not release any gas.....
Baking powder mixed with an ordinary liquid such as vegetable oil will
not release its CO2 as well...
You must be specific what liquid.....and also that there is something
that will catalyze the release the CO2 from from the baking acid and
baking soda
