Green curry chicken...thumbs up
Tonight we made this:
http://www.epicurious.com/recipes/re...ews/views/5702 It was fantastic! We were supposed to make it on Saturday, but our meals got shifted when I broke my hand. A little time consuming for a Tuesday night, especially with one hand. But worth it. It was kid-friendly, but I think next time I'll add a dried chile to the sauce while it simmers. |
