I'm not convinced that's a real In-N-Out product. In-N-Out only puts
lettuce on one side of their patties, and nowhere near as much as is shown
in that picture. If that's even an In-N-Out burger, I'm betting that
somebody got one "Protein Style" (i.e. wrapped in lettuce instead of a
bun) and put it between the doughnut halved themselves.
