How long should I cook a chicken breast (sri, not sure of the weight) in a
800w microwave? I just experimented with one for 2 minutes, and it is 'white' throughout' after 2 mins, ie no pinkness, so is that the test? Or should it have longer? TIA ben |

Or should it have longer? Is the chicken done? How does it taste? If it tastes done, 2 minutes is enough for that size piece of chicken. With microwave ovens, you really have to experiment and learn how YOUR oven works with the food YOU prefer to cook. |
