I noticed Nigella Lawson uses one. > I like it because my right hand isn't all that functional so I'm always on the lookout for things that can be used one-handed. I think that you probably have more control chopping herbs the traditional way, which I think might also be faster if you've mastered the technique. You've only got to compare Nigella and Jamie in action. Christine |
