While I really like all of those things individually, I would really only
like the sweet potato and okra in combination. But that's just me. <g>

It all looks good, however.

How you manage wanting to put a nice meal together amidst all the mess you've
got going on in that poor house of yours is beyond me. I would probably be
camping out at a hotel/motel. <g>

The combo wasn't all that bad, but your point is well taken and noted.
The odd thing is that the avocado and the sweet potato actually worked
well together tonight. Hard to believe, but strangely true.

Thanks. Could be better, but...

That option remains on the table. The Holiday Inn beckons fetchingly
as I type.

Good, clear pic this time...
Excellent contrast and lighting!
I give the pic itself 4 stars for quality.

Now you need to work on presentation...
Arrange the plate "artistically".

That did not look very appetising, and I liked everything on that plate.

My presentation is far from perfect, but I'm working on it. :-)

Toast, grilled ham, sliced avocados and an onion, garlic, tomato and
shitake mushroom scramled egg mix with cheese served on a bed of baby
spinach leaves...
